BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (13:30)hrs M.S.T today, a low pressure area  has formed over the Northwest Bay and adjoining coastal areas of West Bengal. Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 29th September, 2021: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Kachin and Northern Shan States, scattered in Taninthayi Region, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayah, Kayin, Mon States and widespread in Chin and Rakhine Stateswith likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in MandalayRegion and Rakhine State.Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar Waters. Wave height will be about (4– 7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of withdrawal of Southwest monsoon from the Central Myanmar areas.
