SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been fairly widespread in (Northern and Eastern)Shan, Rakhine States and widespread in the remaining Regions and Stateswith regionally heavyfalls in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and isolated heavyfalls in Upper Sagaing Regionand Kayin, Mon States.The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (3.37) inches in Kyaukpadaung, (3.35) inches inTheinzayeti, (3.32) inches in Kyeikdon, (3.07) inches in Kalay, (2.95) inches in Mahlaing, (2.64) inches in Nyaung Oo, (2.63)inches in Hpapun, (2.48) inches in Yamethin, (2.46) inches in Tagaung, (2.44) inches in Manaung, (2.36) inches each in Chauk and Shan-Ywar-Thit, (2.24) inches in Pinlaebu, (2.17) inches in Mandalay(Chanayethasan), (2.13) inches in Sinbyugyun and (1.97) inches in Myinmu.
BAY INFERENCE:Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
