SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Lower Sagaing Region and Eastern Shan State. Rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Mandalay, Magway Regions, sacttered in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and (Northern and Southern) Shan State, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw,Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, Kayah Statesand widespread in the remaining Regions and States. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (2.09) inches in Nyaunglaybin, (1.77) inches in Phyu, (1.46) inches in Gwa, (1.30) inches in Belin, (1.26) inches in Bhamo, (1.18) inches in Yangon(Kaba-Aye), (1.01) inches in Okpho, (0.94) inch in Kyeikmayaw, (0.87) inch in Paung and (0.83) inch in Mudon.
BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
