SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Lower Sagaing Region, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in (Northern and Eastern) Shan State, scattered in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions, fairly widespread in Kachin, Southern Shan, Kayah, Kayin States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavyfalls in Rakhine State and isolated heavyfalls in Bago, Yangon Regions.The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (3.54) inches in Khayan, (3.35) inches in Manaung, (3.03) inches each in Gwa andTaunggu, (2.92) inches in Thandwe, (2.50) inches in Paing-Kyone, (2.44) inches in Kyaukpyu, (2.36) inches in Thaton, (1.89) inches in Hpa-an, (1.80) inches in Central-Yangon, (1.65) inches in Zalun and (1.61) inches in Ngathaichaung.
BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
