11-12-2024: According to the observations at (15:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Well Marked Low Preassure Area over Southwest Bay of Bengal(off Sri Lanka Coast) still persists. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and may reach over Sri Lanka - Tamil Nadu Coasts, India, during next 12 hrs. Weather is cloudy over the South Andaman Sea, Westcentral and Southwest Bay of Bengal and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

According to the (06:30) hrs M.S.T observations today, the water level of Ayeyarwady River at Mandalay is (378) cm but it may below its minimum alert water level (360) cm during the next (7) days.
