SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Mandalay Region, Chin and Rakhine States and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (3°C) to (4°C) above May average temperatures in Mandalay, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kayah, and Mon States and about May average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (43°C) in Chauk and (42°C) each in Nyaung Oo, Minbu, Magway and Aunglan. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded was Maungdaw (0.39) inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy in the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
