SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Lower Sagaing Region, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Magway Region, scattered in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing and Mandalay Regions, Northern Shan State and fairly widespread in Chin State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavy falls in Rakhine and Mon States. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were Manaung (4.06)inches, Thaton (3.27), Thandwe (2.87)inches, Kawkayeit (2.72)inches, Hpan-an (2.52)inches, Hlaingbwe (2.44)inches, Khayan (2.20)inches, Mawlamyine (1.89)inches, Kyeikmayaw (1.88)inches, Pinlaung (1.85)inches, Putao (1.77)inches, Okkan and Paung (1.73)inches each.
BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
