SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, light rain have been isolated in Taninthayi Region, weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing and Bago Regions, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were about November average temperature in the whole country. The significant night temperatures were (4°C) in Hakha, (6°C) in Pinlaung and (7°C) in Putao. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was Kawthong (0.23) inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 1st December, 2015: Light rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Mandalay, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Shan State. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Strong Easterly winds with moderate to rough sea are likely at times off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts. Surface wind speed in strong Easterly winds may reach (30-35) mph. Seas will be slight to moderate elsewhere in Myanmar waters.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight increase of night temperatures in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Region, Kayin and Mon States.
