BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (05:30)hrs M.S.T today, the depression over Northwest Bay and adjoining Westcentral Bay of Bengal has moved West- Northwest and now line over Northwest Bay and adjoining Odisha coast. It is centered at about (25) Nautical miles East-Northeast of Paradip and (30) Nautical miles Southeast of Chandbali (India), (330) Nautical miles West of Sittwe, (490) Nautical miles Northwest of Hainggyigyun and (520) Nautical miles North-Northwest of Coco Island(Myanmar). Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 13th September, 2021: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in (Northern and Eastern)Shan State, scattered in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Kachin State, fairly widespread in Southern Shan, Chin States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of Regionally heavyfallls in Rakhine State and isolated heavyfalls in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is (100%).
STATE OF THE SEA:Occasional squalls with rough seas will be experienced off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (40)m.p.h. Wave height will be about (9 -12)feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
