BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 05th September, 2021: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Upper Sagaing Region and Kayah State, fairly widespread in Lower Sagaing, Magway Regions and Kachin, Eastern Shan, Chin States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Mandalay, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls withrough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (35)m.p.h. Wave height will be about (8 -10)feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
