SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been scattered in Kachin, (Northern and Eastern)Shan States, fairly widespread in Magway, Bago, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Chin, Kayin, Mon States and widespread in the remaining Ragions and States with regionally heavyfalls in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay Regions and isolated heavyfalls in Magway Region. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (6.67) inches in Madaya(Agro), (5.16) inches in Patheingyi(Agro), (4.57) inches in Myinmu, (2.73) inches in Natogyi(Agro), (2.52) inches in Pauk, (2.45) inches in Ngazun(Agro), (2.16) inches in Meiktila, (2.05) inches in Singu(Agro), (2.01) inches Monywa(Kyemone), (1.93) inches in Thabeikkyin and (1.85) inches in Mandalay(Aungmyaythasan).
BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
