BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is strong to vigorous over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 06thAugust, 2021: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay Regions and Kachin, Kayah States and widespread in the remaining Regionsand States with likelihood of regionally heavyfalls in Rakhine State and isolated heavyfalls in Magway, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Chin, Kayin, Mon States. STATE OF THE SEA:Squalls withrough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (35)m.p.h. Wave height will be about (8 -11)feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
