BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and weak elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 18th July, 2021: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Magway Region and Eastern Shan State, scattered in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay Regions and Northern Shan, Rakhine States, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and Southern Shan, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (6-8)feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of increase of rain in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Region and Kayin, Mon States.
