BAY INFERENCE:Monsoon isstrong to vigorous over theAndaman Sea andSouth Bay and weak to moderate elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 20th July, 2021:Rain or thundershowers will bescattered in Sagaing, Magway Regions and Kachin State, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Mandalay Regions and Chin State and widespreadin the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of regionally heavyfalls in Kayin and Mon States and isolated heavyfalls in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Taninthayi Regions and Shan, Rakhine States. STATE OF THE SEA:Squalls with rough seas are likely at times Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (35-40)m.p.h. Sea will bemoderate elsewhere in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (8-10)feet in Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts and (6-8)feet in off and along Rakhine Coasts.
