13-12-2024: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal, a few cloud over the Central Bay of Bengal and generally fair over the North Bay of Bengal.

Monthly water Level Forecast of March, 2022

          During the month of March, the water levels may rise above the present water level by about (2-3) feet at Myitkyina, Bhamo, Shwegu andKatha, and about (½-1) foot at Thabeikkyin, Mandalay,Sagaing and Myinmu, and may fall below the present water level by about (½-1) foot atPakokku, NyaungOo, Chauk, Minbu, Magway, Aunglan, Pyay, Seiktha, Hinthada and Zalun of Ayeyarwady River.

          The water levels may fall below the present water level by about (½-1) foot at Hkamti, Homalin, Phaungpyin, Mawlaik, Kalewa, Minkin, Kani and Monywa of Chindwin River.

          The water levels may rise above the present water level by about (½) foot at Shwegyin of Shwegyin River, about (½-1) foot at Zaungtu and Bago of Bago River,about (½-1) foot at Hpasawng and Hpa-an of Thanlwin River, about (½-1½) feet at Ngathaingchaung, Thabaung and Pathein of Ngawun River, about (1½) foot at Maubin of Toe River, about (½) foot at Paletwa and Kyauktaw  of the Kaletan River, about (½) foot at MyaukU of Laymyo River and about (½) foot at Bilin of Bilin River, and may fall below the present water level byabout (½) foot at Hsipaw, Shwesayan and Myitngeof Dokhtawady River,about (½) foot at Kalay of Myittha River, about (½-1) foot at Taungoo and Madauk of Sittaung River andabout (½)foot at Myawaddy of Thaungyin River.
